03 Account Management

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit is ₱100. The maximum single deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier. Deposits are typically credited instantly. Processing times for withdrawals are as follows:

- Bank transfers (InstaPay/PESONet): 1–3 banking days
- Visa/Mastercard: 3–7 banking days

05 Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus rules:
- Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.

06 Betting Rules
All bets placed on GL77 are subject to the specific rules of each game or sport. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the rules of the relevant product and accept that all GL77 decisions regarding settlement are final.
- Minimum bet: ₱10 per selection (varies per product).
- Maximum bet limits are applied per event, market, and account tier. These may be adjusted based on your betting history or risk profile.
- Bets cannot be cancelled or edited after they are confirmed, except where a "cash out" feature is available and the market is still open.
- In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that disrupts a game session or bet placement, GL77 reserves the right to void or settle bets based on the last valid game state.
